1. What we offer
Thrivespan offers digital workbooks and guides (PDF downloads), online programs, 1:1 coaching sessions with Sean Elliott, health coaching sessions with Bianca Elliott, and team workshops. The Thrivespan™ Podcast is free to stream and download.
2. Digital products
Digital products are delivered as downloads after purchase. They're licensed to you for your personal use. Please don't share, resell, or redistribute the files. Because they're delivered instantly, please make sure you've picked the right product before you buy.
3. Coaching is educational, not medical
Our coaching is educational and motivational. It is not medical advice, mental health treatment, or a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you have a health concern, please talk to your doctor.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in USD on each product and booking page. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We may update prices at any time; the price at the time you check out is the price you pay.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed. Coaching sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice; sessions cancelled with less notice are non-refundable.
6. Intellectual property
Everything on this site, copy, images, the peacock logo, workbooks, guides, and podcast episodes, belongs to Thrivespan LLC. Thrivespan™ is a trademark of Thrivespan LLC. © 2026 Thrivespan LLC. All rights reserved. You may not copy or reuse our content without written permission.
7. Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully and kindly. Don't try to break it, scrape it, or use it to harm anyone.
8. Liability
We work hard to make Thrivespan useful, but we can't guarantee specific results from our products or coaching. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be on this page, with the effective date above.
